Mediation

I am qualified to act as a neutral third-party mediator in Texas. I facilitate mediations online or in person in Dallas County.

Read below to find out more about how mediation can help you.

  • Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where a neutral third party (mediator) facilitates conversation and communication between disputing parties with the goal of reaching a mutually-agreeable solution.

    The mediation process:

    1. The parties sign an agreement to mediate.

    2. The mediator facilitates negotiation between the parties.

    3. If an agreement is reached, the parties draft and sign a “Mediation Settlement Agreement”.
